Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, onion, milk, egg, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  • Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • While the meatloaf is baking, mix ranch dressing with a little water to thin it out for drizzling.
  • Once the meatloaf is cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Drizzle the creamy ranch dressing over the sliced meatloaf before serving.
